1850 Louisa Byram House - Yarmouth
The original Louisa Byram House - one of the first houses in Yarmouth to be owned by a woman - had a dilapidated garage and had not been lived-in in 15 years. We added an addition, a barn, and updated the original cape. We reused old beams, put in stained glass, transformed the kitchen, and refurbished the 170+ year-old floors. It was an amazing project working with incredible craftsmen - we were so thankful for the opportunity. We hope we made Louisa proud.
